A size method on Collections would be useful

There's already length, but I was blind and couldn't see it as I was looking for size. Can we alias it?

It's fixed in trunk now, but I haven't talked to Greg about whether or not it can go into stable.

  • resolution set to fixed.

It's fine for this to be in stable, especially before release of 0.5.0

I am going to be okay in general with minor tweaks such as aliases, as long as we keep them under control
