Making a Change Request

Suggestions:

  • It's best to discuss your ideas on the mailing list first, for community feedback. You can also track us down in #ruport on Freenode.
  • Use (ruport : blinky) for login credentials unless you have an account with us.
  • Please check existing tickets and milestones before posting a ticket

  • Please use the Enhancement ticket type for any code or documentation changes. Use Task for anything else.
  • Please do not assign the ticket to a milestone or individual unless asked to do so.
  • If this is a feature request, include a link to it on the ProjectRoadmap if you'd like (Under user requests)

  • Please use as simple and concise wording as possible, using links when appropriate.
  • If you'd like to give us contact information regarding your ticket, add your email address in the CC field

If you'd like to request a change or addition to Ruport, you may file a ticket for it.
