Telling us when something is broken

If you find a bug in Ruport or a problem in our documentation, we want to hear about it!


Suggestions:

  • Use (ruport : blinky) for login credentials unless you have an account with us.
  • Please let us know about the problem on the mailing list. You can also track us down in #ruport on Freenode.
  • Broken APIs *are* defects. Even if you're not 100% sure it's a bug, report surprising issues.
  • Please use ticket type "Defect"
  • Please do not assign the ticket to a milestone or individual unless asked to do so.
  • Failing test cases that demonstrate the defect are very much welcome!
  • If you'd like to give us contact information regarding your ticket, add your email address in the CC field

Sample Defect Report:

  • ticket:122 provides a very well formed defect report. This kind of format is encouraged.
